Oct~ Treehouse Retreat Day

Service Description

Join Yoga with Polly for a day to celebrate the autumn season in the treetops, nourishing ourselves with delicious food, yoga and company. This retreat day is based at the unique location of The Treehouse Educational Centre, Beaulieu. A treehouse with rope bridge walkway and lookout tower, will be our home for the day. A local farm shop/bakery will cater the day and Polly, from Yoga with Polly will guide you through an extended yoga practices and breathwork practice. There will be allocated chill time where you will receive your mini Indian Head massage slot* (a bonus for the first ten bookings) and post lunch/chill, the lovely Jo will join us to gift us with her sound bath session. There will also be an optional nature walk on the treehouse trail. Whilst subject to change, this is generally what the day will look like: 10:15 - Arrival 10:30 - 90 minute Yang yoga practice 12 - Lunch/Chill/Walk/Mini Massage 2:30 - Breathwork Practice 3 - Sound Bath 4 - Departure A £49 deposit is required to secure your booking, with the full amount due by August 31st. There is the option to pay in full. Payment plans also available, please contact me to arrange. Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable, however, the name on the place may be transferred. After August 31st the full amount is non-refundable. Please speak to me if there are extenuating circumstances and YWP will endeavour to sort something!
