Service Description

Note for March 7th! - If booking March 7th, class will still run, but 5 mins earlier for 50 mins as I have an appointment I can't move. Discount has already been applied to the pass for the term but if booking a single class use discount code YWP20. Similar to my other Hatha Yoga classes but with a focus on early morning movement and mobilisation. We will move through some stretches building towards a flow of postures to find freedom in our movement. Classes are 60 minutes long and run from 9:05am-10:05am, to allow for anyone post school drop off to join! Classes are open to all levels. As every body has a different body, we focus on sensation over shape and function over aesthetics to offer a yoga practice truly suitable for our uniqueness. Equipment: Please bring your own equipment. I suggest at least a mat, but a block/strap/water bottle might be beneficial. Message me if you are trying the class out and need to borrow anything! Note: The classes are available at £8 PAYG initially in October as I am trialing the time and day. From November they will move to £10 PAYG and £8 when you book a block of classes together. Use the down arrow to select whether you are paying for one session or paying for the whole block (whole block books you onto all sessions). Cancellation Policy: Once purchased both the PAYG pass and block booking pass are non-refundable. The PAYG pass is not transferable, although, if booking a block you may be able to transfer a given session to the Downton class on Wednesday at 6:15pm or Mon 6:30pm on a given week (if class is not full). A refund will be issued if YWP cancels the classes and an online alternative is not provided.
