YWP also offers workshops and retreat days, as well as being hirable for events!

about me
I believe in practicing yoga as a valuable way to carve out personal time, recharge body and mind, and maintain a happy and healthy lifestyle.
The practice of yoga has been a part of my life for nearly 20 years and my wish to share it with others led me to train with the Marianne Wells Yoga School in Costa Rica (http://mariannewells.com) to gain my 200hr Yoga Teacher Certification in 2018.
I have trained in Pregnancy Yoga, Yin Yoga, Anatomy of yoga and Chakra Meditation and have experience teaching yoga to children in a secondary school setting. I also recently qualified as a Breathwork and Meditation Facilitator with Just Breathe. Alongside this I am now embarking on my 300 hr advanced training with Awakening Yoga Academy, Seattle. I’ve taught various course and workshops including Beginners, Men’s and Partner Yoga and offer yoga for events, such as corporate clients and hen dos. I currently enjoy running retreat mornings and days to promote taking time to be grounded and present.
In my classes I aim to give my students the opportunity to find balance, with a focus on using the breath to create a link between the body and the mind. They include postures to build strength, flexibility, and those to centre and relax.
I honestly believe that yoga is for everybody and teach my classes in a way that is accessible for all and allows people to cultivate awareness of their own bodies and develop their own approach to the practice.
