Yoga with Polly offers yoga classes in the Downton and Salisbury area.
All classes are based on the Hatha style; focusing on using the breath to still the mind and enhance the practice. Asanas (postures) are sequenced and held to concentrate on alignment and build strength and flexibility.
YWP caters to all levels and gives students of all abilities the chance to progress in their yoga practice.
Note: Please bring your own mat/equipment to class.
Classes at Yoga with Polly can either be booked individually or as part of a multiple class pass:
The single class pass is valid for the specific date booked.
The class passes allow you to pay for a group of sessions in advance, giving you a discount on each session.
Payment is required to secure booking and it is preferred that sessions are booked online. Cancellation policies for each pass are laid out in the class information.
I am happy to accommodate last minute drop-ins, but please contact me ahead of time to confirm there is space.
