Due to COVID-19 classes are currently virtual. Regular classes are offered through Zoom.
These will continue to run even when in-person classes resume on May 17th.
Online class membership is available. Benefits include: all regular online classes, access to class recordings,
monthly workshops and discounts on YWP services. Cancel anytime (24 hr notice cancellation policy applies).

I believe in practicing yoga as a valuable way to carve out personal time, recharge body and mind, and maintain a happy and healthy lifestyle.
The practice of yoga has been a part of my life for over 10 years and my wish to share it with others led me to train with the Marianne Wells Yoga School in Costa Rica (http://mariannewells.com) to gain my 200hr Yoga Teacher Certification.
I continued my professional development with training in Pregnancy Yoga and have experience teaching yoga to children in a secondary school setting. I’ve taught Beginners, Men’s and Partner Yoga and have recently begun offering retreat days in unique locations.
In my classes I aim to give my students the opportunity to find balance, with a focus on using the breath to create a link between the body and the mind. They include postures to build strength, flexibility, and those to centre and relax.
I honestly believe that yoga is for everybody and teach my classes in a way that is accessible for all and allows people to cultivate awareness of their own bodies and develop their own approach to the practice.
