Online Class Membership

Due to COVID-19 the majority of classes are virtual. Regular classes are offered through Zoom.

Online class membership is available. Benefits include: all regular online classes, access to class recordings, monthly workshops and discounts on YWP services. Cancel anytime (cancellation policy still applies).

Online classes

Access to all regular YWP online classes.

Regular sessions are broadcast live on Zoom. The current weekly classes offered are a 5:30pm Hatha Flow on Tuesdays* and a 9:30am Hatha on Saturdays.

All classed recorded to re-watch anytime.

Enjoy the convenience of being able to watch a session if you have missed it live, or re-watch it anytime you wish!


Monthly workshops.

A live, recorded workshop will be offered once a month. It will focus on either a particular pose or topic, aiming to expand your knowledge and deepen your yoga practice.


Discounts on YWP services.

Not only is membership a 20% discount on the pay as you go monthly pass, but members will also be offered discounts to use against additional YWP services. These include private sessions, retreat days and courses.

about me

I believe in practicing yoga as a valuable way to carve out personal time, recharge body and mind, and maintain a happy and healthy lifestyle.

The practice of yoga has been a part of my life for over 10 years and my wish to share it with others led me to train with the Marianne Wells Yoga School in Costa Rica (http://mariannewells.com) to gain my 200hr Yoga Teacher Certification.

I continued my professional development with training in Pregnancy Yoga and have experience teaching yoga to children in a secondary school setting. I’ve taught Beginners, Men’s and Partner Yoga and have recently begun offering retreat days in unique locations.

In my classes I aim to give my students the opportunity to find balance, with a focus on using the breath to create a link between the body and the mind. They include postures to build strength, flexibility, and those to centre and relax.

I honestly believe that yoga is for everybody and teach my classes in a way that is accessible for all and allows people to cultivate awareness of their own bodies and develop their own approach to the practice.
