Service Description

These sessions follow the same style as my regular classes, but making the most of the season and practicing outside, weather willing. Dates are July 30th, August 6th and August 13th. No experience necessary, all you need is a mat and yourself! Sessions are 60 mins, with an option to hang out with refreshments after. Details of location will be sent upon booking.
